Bio
Matt Pirrall is an American humanitarian and commercial photographer and filmmaker. His work has helped support a number of international charitable organizations including Help Alliance in Germany, Misean Cara in Ireland, and the Salesian Missions in the US, India, and Colombia.
He has also produced work with artists, musicians, and dancers with a focus on analog techniques and collaborative storytelling. He has travelled across the US, Europe, South America and Asia documenting his travels with motifs of individuals in isolation, vast open spaces, and religious themes.
Matt is a wanderer, a seeker, fascinated with the paradoxes of humanity and always open to collaboration.
Awards
He is a recipient of the International Award for the 2014 Exposure Awards photography competition, and his work has been exhibited at the See|Me Gallery in New York City.
He is a graduate of DeSales University and currently lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
